Join us on Saturday 15th August as Shaun Lethem from LAQ visits our club to run a hands-on session for Age Managers, parents, and carers.

Shaun will cover the basics of running events on competition day, along with practical coaching tips that anyone assisting on Saturday mornings can use — whether you're an Age Manager or just lending a hand throughout the season. Topics will include correct measuring techniques and how to keep athletes moving through events smoothly and efficiently.

Whether you're new to volunteering or just want to brush up on the basics, this is a great opportunity to feel more confident helping out at our Little Athletics competition days.
